Crawle docs

Alerts and digests

Configure which alerts are real-time and which ones are collected into digest windows.

Alert windows and digests

Alert windows keep critical incidents real-time while lower-priority changes and resolved incidents roll into readable digests.

Alert windows

Critical changes can stay real-time while non-critical signals are grouped into calmer update windows.

Critical defaults should be real-time for most workspaces.

Warnings and information can default to daily digests.

Settings can be adjusted per workspace, site, teammate, and alert type.

Daily updates

Digests summarize what happened, what remains open, what resolved, and how many changed URLs were picked up.

Use digests for ongoing changes that do not require immediate action.

Route digests to email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Keep 404 monitoring real-time when that is a client's primary requirement.

Google Search status updates

Crawle can monitor the official Google Search Status Dashboard feed and route Search incidents or ranking updates through the same notification channels.

Choose off, real-time, daily, weekly, or monthly delivery per workspace.

Updates are deduped by recipient so one person is not notified once per workspace.

Recent Google updates are shown in notification settings for quick review.

Private beta note

Crawle is currently invite-only. Some features depend on workspace permissions, connected accounts, API quotas, or integration setup by the organization.
