Crawle docs

Workspaces, clients, and tags

Organize agency accounts without forcing every client site into one flat list.

Workspace capacity

1

Workspace limit Owners see capacity in customer-facing workspace terms, not server details.

2

Per-site allocation Reserved URL budgets stay visible so agencies know which sites consume capacity.

Workspace capacity stays visible to owners, with URL allocation shown per monitored site instead of backend infrastructure details.

Workspaces

A workspace is the customer-facing capacity and operating boundary for a portfolio of domains.

Owners can create, upgrade, downgrade, or delete workspaces when enabled.

Workspace capacity is expressed as URL and domain limits.

Backend infrastructure details are intentionally hidden from users.

Client groups and tags

Client groups and tags help agencies filter, report, and manage settings in bulk.

Client groups usually represent a client or brand.

Tags can represent teams, markets, releases, or ownership.

Filters persist across app views so context stays stable.

Private beta note

Crawle is currently invite-only. Some features depend on workspace permissions, connected accounts, API quotas, or integration setup by the organization.
